Return policy:

To return a product, it must be whole or have consumed a maximum of 10% of its total weight. In a maximum period of 15 calendar days you must contact us through the email maroben@maroben.com explaining the reason for the return and send us a graphic proof of the status of the product and its weight. Once we have confirmed that the return can be made, you must send us the shipment whose expenses are self-employed. Our Quality Department will examine the case individually and we will contact you as soon as possible.
